This doesn't have to stop
It started before the insomnia thing, but maybe it's somehow related. For the past month I have inexplicably been losing about a pound a week. Why, this past summer--when I was exercising an hour a day four or five days a week, could I shed nary a pound? I've been on the Nordic Track maybe twice since Halloween. It boggles the mind. Nevertheless, I expect this trend to reverse itself over the next couple of weeks.
