Back when I first wrote about the middle school orientation it seemed like forever away. Well, it was last night. Nothing earth shattering, just all us parents trying to get our heads around the fact that our kids will be teens sooner rather than later. Katherine's main worry is that she's going to get lost. I know everything will be fine, but I understand where she's coming from. This is the real deal--changing rooms for every class. Was it really just yesterday that she came out of my womb. Yes it was.
